VitaPulse uses a minimal number of cookies, strictly necessary to operate the service.

Essential Cookies

Session cookie (connect.sid): An HTTP-only, SameSite cookie that keeps you authenticated while using VitaPulse. This cookie expires after 7 days or when you sign out. It is strictly necessary for the service to function — without it, you would need to sign in on every page.

Analytics Cookies

VitaPulse does not use any analytics cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other third-party tracking tool.

Preference Cookies

Language preference: Your chosen language (English or French) is stored in your browser's localStorage — not as a cookie. This data never leaves your browser and is not sent to our servers.

3. Third-Party Cookies

VitaPulse does not set any third-party cookies. Our payment processor Stripe may set cookies on their own domain (stripe.com) during the checkout process, but these are not set on the VitaPulse domain. We encourage you to review Stripe's cookie policy for details.

4. How to Control Cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. However, blocking the session cookie will prevent you from signing in to VitaPulse. Since we only use one essential cookie, there is no cookie consent banner — this cookie is strictly necessary for the service and is exempt under GDPR Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive.
